Looking for toe socks pattern

Free or not, I'll buy it if I have to, but I really need a pattern for toe socks.. you know, the kind with all 5 toes? I bought Fiber Trends Toe Jazz pattern thinking that was what I wanted, but darn it if it isn't just the big toe. grrr

I believe I could just alter the pattern for all 5 toes, but I reeeeeally don't feel like it. Yes, I'm feeling lazy and just want the pattern out in front of me.
