k2tog
OK what is the difference between k2tog and k2tog-tbl?

The abbreviation key says tbl is through back loop...my question is this if I am knitting two stitches together then I am inserting my right needle knitwise, in other words, the the back loops. So I don't get it.

I know it is different because the pattern reads:

Row 2 *K 1, yo, k 1, k2tog-tbl, p 1, k2tog, k 1, p 1, k 2, p 1, k2tog, k 1, p 1, k 1; rep from *.

Since they have both in the directions I am assuming they are different stitches.
