Which increase video to use
Ok...I've done increases but it's been awhile...my pattern tells me to increase by knitting into the front and back of each stitch...so, which video should I watch for this? I'm a continental knitter...do I bring the yarn from the back to the front and go in as if to purl and then knit into the back?

You put your needle in the stitch front as if to knit, then, withough slipping the stitch off the left needle, reinsert it into the back loop of that same stitch, wrap, and then slip the stitch off the left needle. So you're increasing by putting two stitches into one. I hope this is clear.

there is a video here: http://www.knittinghelp.com/knitting...ons_explained/ that tells you how to knit into the front and the back. it is the K1 F&B video.
