Modify Subject?

how do i modify the subject of a post to say that there is a new question - i seem to remember that there used to be a note from amy about it, but now i can't find it - can it only be done by the original author?

(shameless plug - i have a new question in the magic loop post that i wanted to make sure didn't get ignored )

If you were the original author of the post, then there should be an "edit" button -- to right -- when you edit the post you can edit the title too. If you weren't the original author...then you're out of luck.
