Is Cast off and Bind off the same?
I working on the last part of a shawl that says to "Cast off 3 sts beg every row to 3 sts". Does that mean to bound off three sts and then continue pattern to next row and bound off next three stitches and so on until only 3 remain? TIA, Marlene
