You know, it looks right from the picture. That last stitch is just like finishing off in crochet and it's apparent that you understand what it's supposed to do...I think you'll have to ask for some live help at your knitting group tonight.

I went to my knitting group and found out what I was doing wrong with that Bind-Off. Which means I created the first link for the two knitted necklaces that I will be giving to my daughters at some point.
