Chart for flames?
I'm looking for a charted design of some flames. I promised a beanie to a friend, and instead of crocheting it I'd like to try knitting it using the Fair Isle technique. Any responses are GREATLY appreciated!!

This can give you an idea, at least. Search for any kind of chart--needlepoint, cross stitch, beads, and you can adapt it. Even try dragons, since they often have fire in them.

One of the Stitch n Bitch books has a flame chart for a sweater too - I'm sure it can be transposed for a beanie...
