Help, I'm a new knitter
I had to set my knitting down and was not able to pick it back up for over a week, I am doing stockinette stitch and now I can't remember if my next row was going to be knit or purl, how do I know which one to do?

when u pick up your knitting and you have it in your left hand and are ready to knit, if the purl (bumpy) side is facing you you are to purl; if the side with the knit sts (v's) is facing you, then u need to knit...have fun
