I have about 25 pounds to lose. I may or may not lose them this year, but even if I don't what I DO aim to do is eat WELL - natural, home cooked meals low in saturated fat, sugar and artificial stuff - and exercise often. 4 days a week will work. Treadmill and Elliptical are my favs so I'll aim for 40 mins on those in whatever combinations I feel like.
I'd also like to start a yoga practice. I'll start SLOW. Once a week, working up to two, then three....at the pace my body and level of motivation desire.
I also want to pass a bar, find a real job, and get a better handle on my finances and credit.
The former two goals are a simple matter of elbow grease. A steady diet of Suze Ormon will help me slowly shift my money paradigm. I already have her FICO kit. I'll use it more, and follow the advice more methodically.
I'm also going to create a to do list once a week and do one thing off the list every single day. It'll help faciliate the larger, less specific goals.
