Thank you for posting that. I actually have a very sore left hand at the moment. I knit all day wednesday. Terrible cramp in hand... Ignored cramp and knit all day Thursday... lol I just put the needles down for a break finally lol.
I've been doing the clench and fan exercise (among others) since I had a mild stroke a year and a half ago. It affected my right side. After you do the clench and fan, you can exercise your fingers by raising and lowering them one by one. I usually do these about 10 times about 2 or 3 times a day.
Always a beginner...sometimes I even finish.
Every project is a new beginning.
