Tamar, that looks like it's coming along great! I cut and paste a picture of my idea of modifying the latifa to uneven blocks of color and got the following. I decided random widths wasn't what I wanted, but am doing full widths of black and grey and half-widths of yellow and maroon. When I've gotten a bit farther, I'll post a picture of it so far.

I did post a finished photo of my daughter's button scarf if you want to see what was holding up my latifah work.
