Looking for chemo cap using a chunkier cotton yarn
I'm wanting to knit a few chemo caps for a friend, and I have on hand some Intermezzo Chunky 100% mercerized cotton, gives its gauge as 3.75 st to 1 inch on size 10 needles. Really pretty light purplish lavender color. I'd like kind of an open and airy, lacy pattern if possible since it's summertime. Any good ideas?

I already have three patterns in mind for a lighter gauge with the Pima Silk I have,
our Julie's lace-edged chemo cap on,
Odessa from Magknits, and
Marnie MacLean's Nautilus hat

so you can get the idea of what I'm looking for.
