How to make a nice selvedge on a rib scarf
Hi all

Have decided to make my Dad a nice ribbed scarf (k2, p2). My question is: How should I start/finish each row to make a nice neat edge? I've made ribbed scarves before with no edge and they sometimes look a bit funny/uneven.

Should I knit one stitch at the start and end of each row?

Sorry if this is a dumb question!
