Men's scarf

I would like to make a scarf for my dad for Christmas, but I'm having trouble finding a pattern...there are so many pretty patterns out there, but I haven't seen much for men. I'd like something that he could wear when he dresses for work but can also be worn casual as well. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear your input. Thanks all!!
