BTW, you mentioned that you didn't want to buy an interchangeable set yet, but have you considered getting just the pieces of KP Options you need right now, and building up a set gradually from there? (That's pretty much what I've been doing, although I have Denises too.) The only drawback with KP is that they don't have a 16" cable so you'd have to use magic loop for anything under 24" -- I've found that the cables are so flexible that magic loop is really not a big deal, though.
