Hi all,
I was in my LYS yesterday and decided to take the plunge and so I bought some Cashmerino Aran in a lovely teal color and I am preparing to make my first pair of Fetchings. There was a sample of them in cashmere and I remember when the lady who owned the store was knitting them up, I happened to be in the store and she said that she had frogged her first attempt because she didn't like how loose they were coming out and so the ones she made were had 2 less cable patterns than what knitty calls for in the online pattern.
So, I was wondering if any of you Fetching Experts have made modifications to the pattern and if you could share them with us Fetching "newbies." WIll I be able to make a pair out of only one skein? Or will I have to run back to the store before they run out of my dye lot for another?
Thanks in advance for your wisdom
Susan
