Reversing instructions

Can anyone tell me exactly what they mean by reversing instructions. What exactly do you reverse?

Eg. First Side of horses Head

Inc in 1st st, k to end
P to last st, inc in last st

How do I reverse these instructions for the second side of the horses head?

Please help me, I am confused.

I guess it means to knit it in reverse, so do what it says last first and what it says first last!

Eg.

Knit until last stitch, then increase in last stitch
Increase in first stitch (pearlwise) and then Pearl to end

That is what I would do, BUT i'm a newbie too so you might want to get confirmation before you race ahead and follow my ideas which are probably wrong!
