Baby sweater with sock yarn

Does anyone know of a pattern for a baby sweater using sock yarn? I have three balls of Lion Brand Magic Stripes in the blue/brown colorway and think it would make an adorable sweater for my friend's soon-to-be-arriving baby boy. (One can only have so many pastel blue outfits, after all!) I've found one with Opal yarn, if I remember correctly, but it had vertical stripes, and I'm looking for horizontal stripes.
