How to CO onto previously knitted row?

Hi, I'm doing the Argosy scarf from the wintter '06 knitty and don't know how to do the Co onto a previously knitted row. The LYS lady recommended this website but I can't find it here!

I'm thinking I may go back there Friday but I'm hoping to get help here first!

At the top of the forum there are tabs that have all the videos, plus more good stuff.

Generally people use the backward loop CO for casting on in the middle of your knitting. It's on this page:
