I keep having a problem with my last stitch being WAY to loose, this is at the beginning, i cast on, then knit the stitches, the last sticth is always loos and when I knit it, there is this big loop hanging out, any suggestions?

This is very common and completely normal. It happens even to experienced knitters. My suggestion is to keep going. For some reason it seems to be straightened out all by itself after a couple rows.

i haven't watched it yet, but amy has a video tutorial that covers this topic. i want to say it's part of the "complete project" tutorial. i also have this problem, but it's usually covered up by seams or added borders, depending on what i'm doing.
