What are the edges *supposed* to look like?
The short project demo video for continental knitting recommends "slipping the first stitch" and shows you how to do that on a knit and purl row, which is pretty straightforward, but when I do it, one edge looks pretty tight and the other one is pretty loosey-goosey and quite ugly...so I must be missing something somewhere (!)
