Will this yarn work?
I want to make a blanket for a friend. Will this yarn work? How much yarn will I need? Have any of you knitted with this yarn before? I just want an afghan, not a comforter. Something she can curl up in. I'm a tight knitter. http://yarndex.com/yarn.cfm?yarn_id=150

I think that yarn will work nicely. It won't be as warm as a natural fiber, but it will be washable. And at 18 sts/4 in, it should work up pretty quickly.
