Here's one a friend of mine just told me about the Dulaan Project .It is a group knitting for the impoverished in Mongolia.

Thank you so much for the list. I've only been knitting for about a year, but have wanted to do "something" with my new found hobby. This list has been very helpful. I just can't decide which charity to knit for!
