WIP: Coachella
This is for my friend Dawn. She has the figure for it... not me.
We met when I was in the 9th grade and have been ....this September will make 19 years. Now I feel old.

I'm about 10.5 inches into the pattern and loving it. The color is great and I'm using STASH YARN! Rather than the yarn specified I am using a worsted weight acrylic. She has 2 little ones and I don't think she needs the hassle of hand wash items.

So without further ado, allow me to present Coachella, The Beginning. (and a very grainy pic of Me and Dawn at her wedding last September.)

That is a beautiful color, and the stitches look great! She will LOVE it!

Very pretty so far.

I've been on the fence about making this for myself since the new Knitty came out... still not sure.
