Left Twist/Right twist-help!

I just started a new sweater pattern and have to Left twist and right twist but am not sure how to do either. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Are there any instructions in the pattern? Ususally somewhere before the CO instructions how to do unusual stitches are explained.

For the right twist, knit the second stitch from the left tip first, then knit the first stitch and slide them off together.

For the left twist, knit the second stitch through the back loop and then knit the first stitch as normal.
