I agree 100% with you Sabrina! That is one of my pet peeves with ebay sellers!
I feel like once I pay, I have completed my end of the sale and feedback should immediately represent that. Instead, there are so many sellers now who refuse to post feedback until the buyer posts a satisfactory feedback rating. As a sometime seller ( but more often buyer) on ebay, I always leave feedback as soon as payment is received.
That is just my two cents.
