Surprise Theme Swap-Who's in, Pg 2, PACKAGES ARRIVING!!

I've had e-mails back and forth in both directions...both my partners are so nice! Still thinking and plotting Haven't narrowed myself down to one theme yet

I was just thinking we should delete where we are from from under our avatar so people don't know where the Packages are from.Some knitters are pretty sneakyThey might be able to figure out who sent them a package by looking at where we are from

Golly, my swapper is gonna love this...my kids start school next week, so I wont have to stop knitting to do silly things like feed them.

I don't know...I'm thinking I may send mine all at once, I think it may make a better "package" and give the theme a chance to shine through... But, that's what I say today while I'm stilll plotting - it may change as I develop my plan !

I so want to please my partner - just not sure what to do yet...but it sure is fun thinking about it! (and, no, I haven't manageed to get hardly ANY work done today - thank god I work for myself and don't have a boss to answer to or I'd be in big trouble! I've been surfing yarn sites and patterns sites half the day! we won't talk about how hard I'll have to work tomorrow to make up for it!)

I think I'm going to send all at once, too. I like the idea of packaging it all up at once.

I don't plan to contact my partner, but I notice a lot of people are...is it wrong not to????

I like the all at once method as well:-) Less likely to use the yummy yarn on something else! I am sending my partner an email mostly because I have never done a swap before.

Well...I sent an e-mail to get a llittle more info and I received an e-mail to get a little more info. My first swap too so figured better to contact than have them wondering Plus, it's nice to talk to your partners and get to know them a little bit...

I just set up an e-mail with no "real" info ...you know, through yahoo or gmail or such...

Well, I too think it's a good idea to send an email to your partner. It helps you get an idea of what they really like and you get to make a new friend! It's also more fun with all the teasing and secret mails.
I haven't heard from my swapper yet, but I sure hope to soon
