The pattern really wasn't too complicated at all. Actually pretty easy once you got into the rhythm.

It took me a year to do because I am a slooooooow knitter!!

That is so beautiful, I started vibrating internally when I saw it. I think that's a rush of "oooooh, pretty, I want one", but I'm choosing to ignore it. It's really gorgeous.

Great pattern too. It's written for three different yarn weights. So you can pick and choose. I chose to use the DK Weight and honestly, it shows the detail bettern than using it with worsted weight. It's just more tedious on a size six needle and 211 sts!!

Thanks for the compliments!
211 sts ?

I know the feeling on that note; I just bought a pattern book where one of the afghans called for size 6 needles and 278 sts. And get this, it's FULL SIZED afghan! I'm not the fastest knitter in the world either, so I shied away from that particular pattern.

Yours in beautiful by way!
