I've been reading The Yarn Harlot's book "At Knit's End" this week, which I'm sure you know is full of little knitting homilies like this. One of them said something like, "You know you knit too much when you buy a pair of size 5mm needles with your yarn at the store, even though you have a hundred more just like it at home, so you can start the project on the way home on the bus." And all I could think was, "And you REALLY knit too much if you leave your car at the store and take the bus home so you can start your project quicker!"
