I lost 8 pounds!
I am so happy I stepped on the scale this morning and there it was the best part is all that I am doing is counting calories and changed my diet a bit,I am still eating about the same amount I have just started making healthier choices I guess the thing that makes it even more exciting is that I was able to lose the weight and I ate out like 4 times over a 10 day period because my inlaws were here.

I have your eight pounds, evidently I stole them from you while I was sleep walking or something.
I have been eating better, exercising on the bike every day and I still haven't lost anything. I'm beginning to attribute it to menopause. I used to lose weight at the drop of a hat, now it's a fight to the death with each pound.
