It looks great, and I love the colors you chose! The lettering is amazing! I'm planning on knitting this same wine cozy for my sil who also makes her own wine. Did you knit it flat, as in the pattern, or in the round?

I knit it flat, like the pattern called for, because I think seaming is not-so-bad-after-all, but it would be pretty simply to modify and knit in the round. I just invented the lettering, lol. But I think that if you have a good wino friend, this project is simple, quick, and is pretty open for creativity. You could modify it pretty much any way you want, with intarsia and fair isle and anything, and not have to worry about it being gawdy. After all, it's a wine cozy. lol
