The yarn is a 4 ply baby/fingering yarn. I used a size US1 needle. Here is a link to the pattern. I have some notes in my Ravelry notebook about how I did the heel and toe. The pattern is very minimalist and only says do the toe like you usually do, and I believe for the heel as well. LINK to pattern. Scroll down, it is in English too.
