help with my sleeves

my pattern says:
Inc 1st at each end of 3rd and every foll 7th row to 49 sts.

I have 39 sts at th moment, my question is do i just repeat these 7 rows ?
eg

row1: purl
row2:knit
row3: inc1, purl to last st, inc 1
row4:knit
row5: purl
row6:knit
row7: inc1purl to last st, inc1
do i just repeat these rows? till i get to 49 sts?

The increases should be on row 3 and then 7 rows later, 7 rows later, 7rows later and 7 rows later (a total of 5 increase rows). So increase on row 3, row 10, 17, 24, 31.
