bindig off the yo
Hi, i am fairly new to knitting.

I am binding off (knit bind off ) and the instructions in the middle to bind off 2 sts, YO, bind off the YO, - how do I bind off the YO?

All help is appreciated

Just pull the other st over the yo. A YO is like a knit stitch in that the yarn is wrapped over the needle to the back, not just bringing the yarn to the front. YF only makes a yo when your next stitch is a knit.
