Stash moth

Hey all!
I've seen patterns around for little moths you knit up and stuff with herbs to keep Moths out of your stash.
i just love the idea and I heard lavender was one of the things to use. My question is... would lavender tea work?

If your lavender tea is real lavender and not just regular tea with a little lavender added for flavoring it would work, because it would be lavender.
