Anatomy scan today, everything looks ok (so said the tech, Dr. will confirm) apparently no defects/no Downs markers etc. PHEW.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand.....

It was bizarre seeing him on the screen, last time I saw him he was an indistinct blob-like creature. Seeing a BABY up there was totally out of this world! I made a joke that he was Godzilla and was about to attack Tokyo, I was nervous. :P

I think I jumped the gun a bit thinking since the tech saw no abnormalities that it means the baby is ok (ie: no Downs) I guess it beats having the tech see soft markers etc though. Back to crossing my fingers...
