FO- FIRELIGHT Samples

It all started with this one....which needed some changes to relieve stress points found when blocking....made with lace weight Zephyr, a 50/50% Wool Silk:

Then having eliminated the stress and changed to a luscious, golden yellow in fingering weight with the same fiber content... FIRELIGHT is now a full fledged pattern that can be found on Ravelry, Patternfish and soon at BBKnits.com:

Couldn't stand it another minute - started it today. Will still likely have to set it aside until after Christmas, but I HAD to see how it went together, and how it looked in my charcoal yarn. I have it double stranded with another laceweight variegated yarn to add some depth and character to the charcoal. What do you all think?

Please ignore lifelines and stitchmarkers.... it's a WIP... and right now - it's all bunched up on the needles so you can't really see the pattern.
