I Dare You!!!
Hey all,
Firstly, apologies for the long time I have spent not writing on here. There has been a great many things going on.

Secondly, I have sorted through my wool stash and I have found many single balls of what I think is mohair wool. The size of the balls are similar to robin 4ply DK (100g). The reason is that I am comparing it like this is that I found the majority of my wool stash in a charity shop, and they are minus labels . Anyway, the reason that I am currently writing on here is that I would like some advice.

I would like something that:
A) Can be made with one ball of wool.
B) Looks good with (?mohair) yarn without felting.
C) Is something functional.
D) Is a reasonably quick knit.
E) Has to be knitted.
F) Is not socks!

Many thanks all!

Hi!
cellphone "socks" are not your first pick, are they?

I would consider combining at least 2 of the colors, if you found several, and make winter hats.
Or wrist warmers. One ball might be enough for a fancy pair of wrist warmers....
Or another pair of fingerless mittens?

or a multi colored scarf?

Anything you like?

How do you feel about knitted jewelry? There are some nice patterns on ravelry for mohair rose broaches. You could probably also knit these roses (apparently quick to make and use very little yarn) and make bracelets, or maybe a nice headband out of. How's that for original?

Hey all,
Sapphire - That sounds awesome! So, any patterns you'd recommend?
