Pattern for a Mens Scarf...easy. =)
I have done so much searching and even buying of knitting pattern books and have YET to find a scarf pattern that is on the easy side but looks masculine enough but not too, too boring.

Does anyone have a (semi-simple) pattern for a mens scarf that they would suggest? I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks in advance for taking your time to help me out. I greatly appreciate it!

P.

Not being sure how simple you're looking for or what yarn you're considering using, I've listed a few free patterns below that I think are very nice for men:

The Corrugator
Red Herring Scarf
His Birthday Scarf
If you're familiar with basic cables, the Plait Cable Scarf is simple yet elegant.

I made a cabled ribb scarf for my husband that you find here:

The pattern is linked in my blog. I finally wrote it out with a chart and all. So maybe that is one for you?

I made this for my husband. Very easy, but not boring and he loved it (until he lost it, lol) http://www.ravelry.com/projects/marg...ered-rib-scarf
