Possible to cast on in middle of row for two-at-a-time gloves using Magic Loop?
I'm using this pattern http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEfall02/PATTbroadstreet.html, which was not written for Magic Loop or two-at-a-time knitting, but I have tried to figure it out to use both of those methods together. Everything's been going great til I finished the thumb gusset, put the thumb stitches on a holder and now need to close up the palm with the back. The pattern calls for CO 11 stitches, and I can't figure out how to do it with Magic Loop, since I've got 2 gloves on the needles. Any advice? Anyone done 2 at a time gloves with Magic Loop? I can switch to DPNs if necessary, but would rather not have to if possible. Thanks!

BTW, I have the palms of the gloves facing out, so the thumbs are pointing at each other. The backs of the gloves are on the other side of the loop.

When you get to the st where you have to CO, move the R needle to the left hand and cast them on, then switch it back and go on. Ignore the other glove for a second.
