Help, i've still got learner plates on.
I'm making (well trying) the knitted shopping bag designed by Elisa,
via the PurlBee Website.
It's beautiful, take a look, however i'm completely stuck on how to do the Applied I-Cord.
I've read the instructions and you basically knit 5 stitches and pass the last 6th stitch onto the right hand needle, then you somehow pick up a stitch from the other bit of knitting (which in this case is the cast on or cast off row of the bag) and then you somehow knit it, then you pass the slipped stitch over that last stitch, so you are still with 6 stitches.
This sounds ok in theory but i'm confused, has anyone seen a video of this in action?
