How much yarn from a fleece?
I know the answers it -"it depends".
I am just trying to get a general idea of ABOUT how many yards of worsted weight yarn you would expect from an average fleece?

I don't spin, but I do know it often depends on the weight of the fleece, as well as how thick or thin you spin it. Like X yards of sport weight thickness per Y pounds.

I have a video from Ashford that says you can get about 3 sweaters worth of yarn from one fleece.

Thank you, I know there are a lot of variables, but I didn't realize how hairy sheep are.
