A very Happy New Year to all!!! Attempting to knit some at work tonight and if I am lucky and it's not busy might actually get something done...wishing everyone a safe and happy new year!
Yes, there is something about those doxies... especially the rescue ones. Can't resist them! And they usually do live quite a long time.
My mother had one that got paralyzed at 4 years... who lived to be 14 years old. Little Cinder got my mom through the "empty nest" syndrome quite nicely!
A cruise! Oh, do tell! Tell me more! Where'd you go? Are you sunburnt?
What did you do?
Did you get any neat stuff?
Did they stuff you with all kinds of fantastic foods?
Neat-o!
Be happy to fill you in on the details. We sailed out of New York for a seven day cruise to Nassah The food on board was terrific There is one central cafeteria where we had breakfast and lunch and two beautiful dining rooms for dinner. W spent a day in Cape Canaveral and went to Coco beach the next day was spent on an island owned by the cruise line (Norwegian Cruise Lines) where we had a lunch on the shore. The only thing I bought were some new sunglasses although my d and gd each got a new watch. I saw the most beautiful emeralds but they were out of my price range. We had a stateroom with a balcony . I would do it again in a heartbeat.
