I just looked through all my knitting and crocheting for 2010, and it's a LOT! Of course, most of mine was for the Bernat yarn blog. I've been blogging for them for over a year now. Can't beat the free yarn and the fun projects!
For Bernat: A baby blanket, booties, hat, and jacket, 2 cardigans, a dish towel and 7 dishcloths, 2 dolls, a pullover, a rug, and a tea cozy.
Other stuff: 2 altar scarves, a baby blanket and hat, 4 bags, 15 dishcloths, 2 drink cozies, a hat, 4 headbands, a helmetliner, a toy, a mohair wrap, two ponytail scrunchies, a rug, 2 scarves, 3 pairs of slippers, a steering wheel cover, charity blanket squares, a Halloween coaster, 2 Christmas bell ornaments, and 4 Christmas stockings.
68 things all together.

I love Ravelry for patterns. I knit like I cook...I can't cook without a recipe and I can't knit without a pattern...
|
I used to be that way about cooking, but as I've gotten more experience, I no longer find that to be the case. Knitting is a different story! I have to have a recipe...er pattern.

I don't get the dish cloth thing? All the work you put into a piece and you are using it to scrub dishes? What an I missing?

(1) do something knit related every day, even if it's only to caress the yarn a bit

If you ever use a handknit or crocheted dishcloth, you will understand the desire to make more. They work SO much better than the ones you buy in a store. And they look great in your kitchen or bath. They make perfect gifts.
Oh....and they are a perfect canvas for creativity. Try new stitches, learn colorwork, give cables a try.

More like a KNITTING ADDICTION!
|
I think of myself as an addict, but there's no WAY I could accomplish all you do. Of course if I drug myself away from the computer more, I might have more to show for my time.
