Knitting Teacher Certification?
Hello All,

Happy New Year! I'm new to KnittingHelp.com and was hoping someone here might be able to answer a pressing question of mine. I have been knitting on and off for many years, but have really been "into it" for the past three or four. I'm curious to know that if it's necessary to be certified to teach knitting or if it's helpful, or perhaps not needed at all. If anyone has some info on teaching knitting for compensation, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

There are Master Knitter courses which some places may require, but usually you don't need any certification to teach knitting.
