5sc into 2nd hook from chain
"5sc into 2nd chain from hook" What do i do?! HELP PLEASE!!

Should this read, "5sc into the 2nd chain from the hook"? instead as given. Then it would make sense to me.

You have done some chain stitches, look at the resulting little thingies that are the result of making chain. They look a little like knit stitches. You have a loop on the hook, then right next to the hook a little "stitch", count that as one. Then the next little "stitch" looking thing is chain #2. Single crochet 5 times right into the center of that little chain "stitch".

You wrote '5sc in 2nd hook from chain' and it should probably be the other way around. However many sts you chained first, do 5 sc in the 2nd chain, this will make a little circle or half circle.

That will create a circle, right?
And if it does, how do I know that I'm getting the right stitches?
