Has anyone else noticed that the website help videos are stopping and starting, not working well. Or is it just my computer? I'm thinking they've been viewed so many thousands of times that they are wearing out? Feedback please, thanks!:

No, they don't 'wear out', they're digital. It may be your internet connection dropping out or timing out if it slows down.
