help with my pattern

I am knitting a scraf. My pattern comes out ok on one side but not the other. It is a pattern where ever 5th row I slip 3 stitches hold in front then further down I slip 3 and hold in back. My pattern comes out on one side but not the other. What am I doing wrong?

We need more information from you on your pattern. Do you have a picture? What is the name of the pattern? Are you doing a cable?
