How to Increase?
I'm knitting the Sack Boy pattern (PDF!) and I am stumped on the first increase row.

There are 12 stitches currently.
Quote:
1st inc row K1, (inc 1) three times, K3, (inc 1) three
times, K2. [18 sts]
I've never seen an increase written like this and can't find anywhere on the pdf how they want me to increase. How should I do the increases?
