Patterns for er...... larger ladies
Please could anyone help me to find nice patterns for larger ladies. I am an 18/20 sized lady. Ok... more of a 20 than an 18 if I am honest. I just want a really nice cardigan pattern to knit for me, or a short sleeved jumper that can be worn over the top of a polo-necked jumper. Yes, I know it is really warm out, but I am a REALLY slow knitter so it might not be done by Winter, and I am not going to say which Winter either!!!
Thanks everyone,
Jo xxx

Here's another site that might help.

Welcome to Knitting Help!

When asking questions ALWAYS post the name and a link for the pattern if you have it.

This is a sweater wheel knitting pattern generator. The sizes range from 6 months babies, to children, teens, women's, men's, and larger sized ladies up to a size 48. You input your data and it gives you a pattern. It has a drop down, set in sleeve, and top down raglan pullover option for you to choose.

There's another pattern generator for a yoked sweater (non raglan) at knitting fiend, and one at woolworks for a raglan.

I, too, am a solid size 20. I made the Lady Feb Sweater and am very pleased how it turned out.

Mirl56 at Ravelry, too.
